1. How will I receive my floor plan?

Your floor plan can be sent by either e-mail or fax.

2. What format will my floor plan be supplied in?

Your floor plan can be supplied in either WMF, JPEG, PDF, DOC or in multiple formats to suit your needs.

3. How do I send my sketch to you?

You can either e-mail your sketch to us at sales@plan-max.co.uk or fax on +44 (0) 845 300 9893.

4. What happens if my floor plan needs amendments?

If you require any changes or amendments, simply mark clearly and precisely on your plan and resend to us.

Your corrected plan will be returned to you within 24 hours.

5. Are there any additional charges for amendments?

None.

6. Is there a minimum number of floor plans that I need to send each month?

There is no minimum.

7. Can I draw the sketch using imperial or metric measurements?

Yes, we will accept either.

8. Will my plan be displayed in metric or imperial?

Your completed plan will automatically be provided in both imperial and metric unless you specify otherwise.

9. Do you offer telephone or e-mail support?
